It comes with a built-in top coat for increased shine and durability. It performs as well as, if not better, than expensive nail salon brands, but it comes in at a tiny $2.99 retail price.

Cover Girl Aquasmooth Compact Foundation- This is one of the few products on the market that is specially formulated for dry skin. It goes on silky and moist, but it dries to a perfect matte finish. It is a little known secret that this exact foundation is sold in Japan under a different name for over $150. In the U.S., we're lucky. It retails for $8.99.
