Mineral make-up has taken the country by storm. It is undoubtedly better for your skin, but the high cost of the name brands has left a lot of people lagging behind the trend. ELF- Eyes, Lips, Face has come to the rescue with a new line of mineral make-up that is bargain priced. The starter kits comes with one mineral foundation, one mineral concealer, a mineral blush, two brushes and a canvas case to carry it all in.

The starter kits come in a range of five shades, from light to deep, and retail for $20. There are a few more ingredients than the pricer brands and the foundation contains bismuth oxychloride, which can cause skin irritation in some people. According to the ELF website, individual foundations are just $5 for 1.2 ounces. Just for comparison, Bare Escentuals is $25 for 0.3 ounces.

The $5 price tag is a bit of a jump from ELF's $1 for every item pricing structure, but it is the most inexpensive mineral make-up currently available. It was recently featured on Lifetime's How to Look Good Naked.
