Eye make up can make your eyes pop out and look beautifully defined, so long as it is applied correctly. Do you know the risks of applying eye make up incorrectly. It is far from harmless.

-There are many colors that are not approved by the FDA for eye make up, even though they are approved for other make up.
-The FDA recommends you keep away from Kohl completely. It has been linked with lead poisoning.
-The FDA does not approve any colors for dying the eyelashes or eyebrows. They have been reported to cause eye damage and even blindness.
