Home Remedy Eye Care
When we talk about beauty the eyes are normally overlooked. We talk about hair and skin care, what to do to make our lips look better, and even how to make our eyelashes look longer, but we try to skip over the eyes because we do not want to admit the lines growing longer and more profound off to the sides nor the bags that are underneath. Well today is the day that we talk about how to alleviate those lines and bags with simple natural remedies that you can make inexpensively and at home.
First you will need to know how to treat your eyes. Since the eye and the skin around the eyes are so fragile and delicate it is crucial to know how to handle them properly. Improper care can lead to more wrinkles and irritation. Whatever you are going to put on your eyes you should apply it with your fourth finger, commonly known as the ring finger. When you apply it, try to dab the product lightly around the eye. Always work from the outer part of the eyelid towards the nose.
Now that you know how to treat the eyes with skin products let’s get rid of puffy eyes, the bags under the eyes and crow’s feet. This “recipes” are extremely simple and do not take long to carry out. Everything here is a natural remedy that you may be even going to use to help prepare for dinner!
If you have puffy eyes and want to soothe them or control them, like after a bad fight with your boyfriend, all you need is a cucumber. First clean the eye area with cool water and make sure not to rub the eyes, pat gently to dry. Slice the cucumber into very slim circles and simply place three or four (or more if you would like) over the eyes for 10 to 15 minutes.
The next natural remedy is to take care of those pesky bags under the eyes. All you need is a raw potato. Just like the cucumber remedy, slice the potatoes into slim circles and cover the eyes with a few for 10 to 15 minutes. Make sure to clean the eye area with cool water and pat dry the area.
The next home remedy is to help make crow’s feet that occur at the corner of the eyes look less apparent. In this natural remedy all you need is a cotton swab and an egg white. You will have to beat the egg white for a bit before applying it. Using the same application rules as discussed before, use the cotton swab to apply the egg white at the corner of the eyes where the crow’s feet begin to form all the way till the cheek bone. You can apply the egg white under the eye as well. Keep the egg white on your skin for about ten minutes and afterwards use water to remove the egg white.
