This is my daily go to lotion.  It's the one with blue on the bottle and contains natural shea butter.  I use it all over my body after showering and also on my hands many times per day.  I'm allergic to wheat so I try to be vigilant about a gluten free diet which would mean I probably shouldn't use this lotion since it contains many oat ingredients but I haven't found any other lotion I like more so I continue to stick with it.
